STEVENSVILLE, MD - Miltec UV, a manufacturer of ultra-violet systems and electrodeless bulbs, for use in the finishing of wood and other substrates, appointed Mike Bartley as Midwest U.S. sales manager.

Bartley has 35 years of experience in coating formulations, including UV and electron beam curable coatings.
