Lumber Liquidators CEO on Federal Lacey Raid, Earnings Top News   Wood flooring dominates the week's news, with Lumber Liquidator's earnings spike, a China firm's $30 million U.S. manufacturing investment, and a $1 million expansion of a wide plank flooring production line engineered by Valspar and Shamrock Plank Flooring.
