GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Leitz Tooling Systems LP  has finalized its purchase of Royce//Pacific Precision Cutting Tools in San Bernardino, CA.

"The purchase is a continuation of our international growth strategy and will enable Leitz to offer enhanced diamond and carbide service capabilities and additional experienced technical personnel to the market." said Mike Lind, Leitz USA CEO. "This particular acquisition represents a stronger, more 'local' approach to serving the Western region of the United States."

Former Royce//Pacific CEO Holger Nagel, will assume the responsibilities of western regional sales manager for Leitz.
