BRYAN, OH – Expanding its outreach in client services, home services and technology, The L.E. Smith Company, manufacturer of solid surfaces and veneer countertops for cabinetry and millwork, has hired Mari Ivan as Director of Technology and Service.

Ivan has served as senior managing director at NRP Financial, provider of retirement plans and wealth management services. She also served as principal of Trivium Consultants, provider of operational and technology assessments, training support and management consulting services.

As director of technology and service at The L.E. Smith Company, Ivan will focus on technology solutions and sustainable operational procedures to elevate the client experience.

The L.E. Smith Company says Ivan’s experience in client services, technology, revenue growth and strategic planning will be a valuable resource as she prepares to lead the technology and service department in her new role.
