Kolbe to Highlight Window Customization at AIA 2014
Kolbe Views Customization as Standard for Windows and Doors

WAUSAU, WI – Window and door manufacturer Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co. Inc. will showcase a sampling of customized options of its handcrafted windows and doors during the American Institute of Architects Expo and Convention set for June 26 to 28 in Chicago.

Kolbe to Highlight Window Customization at AIA 2014 Kolbe, which has been manufacturing windows and doors since 1946, will show off several of its lines during the expo, including the Teutonic Series, suited for commercial and industrial settings, the Ultra Series and the VistaLuxe Collection.

“Kolbe’s windows and doors are intended for those who are passionate about design; for the people who care about both the big picture and the smallest detail," said Cindy Bremer, Kolbe’s vice president of marketing."

Kolbe designs each window and door to an architect or designers specification, taking into account size, detailing, glass options and choice of wood tones or metallic finishes. In keeping with architectural tradition, Kolbe can replicate historic details with brass pulley systems, ogee profiles and beveled glass for its windows.
