ABERDEEN, SD - Kitchen Tune-Up will add a new tool for consumers, the Granite Tune-Up, a maintenance program which includes a process to clean, seal and polish granite countertops.
The new service can be completed in only a few hours, or added to any of Kitchen Tune-Up’s four core services, company officials said.
“Regular care is important to help granite countertops maintain their beauty and luster. Sealing also makes the stone more resistant to stains and easier to clean,” says company founder Dave Haglund.
Haglund founded the company as a cabinet dealership in 1975 and eventually grew the business to be a national kitchen cabinet and bath vanity refinishing and refacing franchise. Earlier this year Kitchen Tune-Up opened two new locationse in Burley, ID and in Fort Collins, CO. In 2013 the company opened 23 franchises across the United States.
Kitchen Tune-Up serves residential and commercial customers and specializes in affordable kitchen remodeling. Services range from restoring and repairing existing wood cabinets, to refacing cabinets and replacing doors and hardware, to installing completely new custom cabinetry.
