Costa Mesa, CA - Fineline Woodworks is seeking a shop manager to oversee production in its woodworking, cabinetry, and millwork department.

The shop manager will direct all work activities and resources for the department in accordance with cost, quality, and scheduling. Candidates must be able to create weekly work schedules for associates while also seeking ways to improve both quality and efficiency. 

Duties include ordering materials and equipment as necessary, estimating project budgets and length, and ensuring production and quality requirements are met in order to satisfy the President and customer base in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Qualified candidates must have a GED or high school diploma, as well as a minimum of 5 years experience in shop management.
