KLAMATH FALLS, OR - JELD-WEN says Neil Stuart,  the executive PV and CFO that helped guide it through a challenging recapitalization process, will resign effective Sept. 28, 2012.

JELD-WEN president Philip Orsino said Stuart will help with the transition through October, and that he expects to name a successor shortly.

Named CFO in 2009, Stuart helped steer the company during an equity investment process by Onex Corporation (TSX: OCX) last year.
