Indiana Furniture is FSC Chain of Custody Certified

JASPER, IN  - Indiana Furniture says it has been awarded Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain-of-custody certification, by GFA Consulting Group. The independent third-party GFA is accredited by the FSC to certify companies manage lumber inventory to FSC international standards.

The certification (certificate number GFA-COC-002183; license code FSC-C110951) provides a guarantee about the acquisition and use of raw wood materials in the production of FSC certified products.

“Indiana’s roots in environmental stewardship trace back to 1905, when the company was founded and launched its first recycling program,” said Mark Plummer, VP manufacturing and internal leaders for Indiana Furniture’s environmental efforts.
