RESTON, VA -- The Hardwood Plywood & Veneer Assn. recently announced the hiring of Josh Hosen and Mike Axton to HPVA Laboratories.

Hosen fills the position of Manager of Certification Services. With both a M.S. and B.S. in Wood Science and Forest Products from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA, he also has previous experience with product certification programs.

Axton was named Laboratory Technologist and Analytical Chemist. He is an ACS Certified Chemistry graduate from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA.
