Heritage Home Group Moves Headquarters to High Point: 300 JobsHIGH POINT - Heritage Home Group made official its choice of High Point, NC, for its new corporate headquarters. The re-formed Furniture Brands International said the move will add approximately 300 jobs to the local economy.

“We are pleased to officially name High Point as the home of our corporate headquarters," said Ira Glazer, Heritage Home Group president and CEO. " I would like to thank the City Council for their support in this process — we look forward to being part of the High Point community.”

The July 22 announcement by the residential furniture supplier comes one day after a rezoning request for general office space was granted by the High Point City Council. The property had previously been used as a showroom by some of the Heritage Home Group brands. The company's brands include: Thomasville, Lane, Broyhill, Drexel Heritage, Henredon, Pearson, Hickory Chair, Lane Venture, Maitland-Smith and LaBarge.

Heritage Home Group announced it would move its headquarters from St. Louis, MO,  to North Carolina  in April.
