NEUMARKT, GERMANY — Engineered wood and laminate flooring producer Pflederer AG announced Hans Theodor Pfleiderer will step down as a member of the company's Supervisory Board effective April 8, 2012.

The company said a successor will be appointed by the court. Pfleiderer has been a member of the  Supervisory Board since June 2010, and has held numerous positions within the organization. Pfleiderer AG is one of the world's leading producers of engineered wood products, including particleboard and medium density fiberboard (MDF). Headquartered in Neumarkt, Germany, the organization operates production sites in Western Europe, Easter Europe and North America.
