MOORESVILLE, NC - Rick Hannigan was appointed Director of Marketing and Communications for Weinig USA and Holz-Her U.S. Inc.

With over 33 years in the wood manufacturing supply business  - 27 of them at HOLZ-HER - Hannigan is widely known and will be "playing a vital role in the revenue growth and product expansion in the U.S.," said Jason Howell, Weinig USA and Holz-Her U.S., Inc. President.

Hannigan served has served multiple roles at the board level of the International Woodworking Fair, including IWF Chairman, Marketing Committee Chair, Education Chair and has also been a Board Member of WMIA wood machinery suppliers group.

Hannigan will maintain his sales responsibilities for the Southeast for Holz-Her, and serve as  product manager for edgebanders, panel saws and sanders - and support Dan Murphy, new VP Sales, in the development of distribution channels, continued education for our direct and agent sales forces, aggressive marketing and advertising campaigns, and the development of new, technically advanced HOLZ-HER products and services for our customers.
