WAYLAND, NY — Gunlocke, a leading manufacturer of casegoods, conferencing, seating and lounge furniture, said it has renewed — and added — level certifications for a majority of its products.

The level designation reflects the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer’s Assn. (BIFMA) Product Sustainability Standard. The level mark ensures a comprehensive, independent and impartial assessment of the environmental and social impacts of a product’s manufacture and considers energy usage, material selection, human and ecosystem health impacts.

Gunlocke products that meet the standards include:

• Tables: Converge, Kenna, Kennsington, Medley, Surfaces, Trio, Trio Training, Medley and Sojourn

• Seating: Amalfi, Alti, Attract, Austin, Washington, Liza, Mara, Miles, Scarlett, Stretto, Valor, Debonair, Cali, Camille, Carver, Contura, Harlow, Olla, Monde, Fitzgerald, Gracile, New Yorker, Vili, Sojourn, Molti, Porter and Ciji

• In addition, Gunlocke says all of its casegoods and conference collections have been renewed at level 2 criteria.
