KITCHENER, ON - George Guenzler & Sons Inc. acquired Mastercraft Wood Turnings, a manufacturer of face grain plugs, wooden cabinet knobs, wooden furniture knobs, wooden dowel rods and specialty products based in Elmira, ON.

Guenzler & Sons plans to move Mastercraft Wood Turnings' specialized machinery and personnel into its manufacturing facility over the next several months.

"We are excited about the opportunity to continue providing outstanding service, along with new products, to Mastercraft’s current customers and look forward to expanding the GGS product line to our North American customer base," said Neil Devereaux, sales manager of George Guenzler & Sons.

George Guenzler & Sons makes turned and shaped wood components for customers throughout North America. The company's varied customer list includes manufacturers of contract, institutional, healthcare and residential furniture; kitchen cabinets, millwork and stairs.

A tour of George Guenzler & Sons well equipped, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 10, as part of the Wood Tech Summit Leadership Conference.
