PRINCETON, WV — Applications are being accepted until July 12 to lease the Princeton, WV, rough mill facility and wood shop owned by the U.S. Forest Service Wood Education and Resource Center (WERC).
The rough mill shop has 42,674 square feet of space and the wood shop has 10,000 square feet of space. A 20-year special use permit will be granted for light to medium manufacturing, preferably in the wood and forest products industry, according to WERC. Other potential uses will also be considered, including education, warehouse space, and nonwood products industries.
