LAS VEGAS -- ETemplate Systems, providers of 3D measuring software, won the 2015 StonExpo Technology Award for its ELaser CT program. Awards were handed out at the 2015 TISE expo (SURFACES|StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas|TileExpo), held Jan. 20-22 during the second annual Design & Contruction Week, which also featured the co-located 2015 International Builders Show (IBS) and 2015 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS).

The ELaser CT system is used for countertop templating. According to the company, 3D data is collected and automatically projected onto a desired 2D plane. The user can define any plane in space as the XY plane (horizontal/vertical/other) for 2D layout and design.
