WEST ALLIS, WI — Creative Business Interiors announced a $2.8 million project to expand its facility in West Allis. According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, the designer/office furniture supplier also secured a $175,000 loan from the city of West Allis to keep the company’s headquarters in the Milwaukee County area.

The $2.8 million project includes buying and renovating a 51,000-square-foot building, President Gary Zimmerman told MBJ. Creative Business Interiors employs approximately 80 people at its facility, and projects to add 20 additional employees within the next few years.

Founded in 1991, the company has operations in the Milwaukee and Madison, WI, areas.
