WEST LAFAYETTE, IN — Residential and commercial furniture manufacturer and importer Chromcraft Revington Inc. has acquired Executive Office Concepts (EOC), a seating and casegoods manufacturer located in Compton, CA. The acquisition took place March 20.

"We are delighted to be able to build upon our 50 years of manufacturing experience in Senatobia, MS, with the acquisition of EOC," Chromcraft Revington Chairman and CEO Ron Butler said in a statement. "We believe its commercial product lines, especially an extensive healthcare line, complement our current product line of seating, tables and waiting area furniture. We plan to operate EOC and offer its branded products to our contract customers, especially those seeking office suites and those in the healthcare segment."

Chromcraft Revington manufactures and markets residential furniture under the following brands:  Chromcraft, Cochrane, Peters-Revington and Southern Living Home Collection. In addition to the newly acquired EOC, the company offers a line of commercial products under the Chromcraft brand name.

According to the company, EOC founder and CEO Robert Sinclair will serve as a consultant for Chromcraft Revington.
