ATLANTA— Custom cabinet designer ShelfGenie showed record growth in 2014 with the addition of nine new franchise owners and expansion into 21 new territories across North America.

Year end reports showed ShelfGenie, founded in 2000, garnered 24 percent growth in retail sales last year, something the company believes will continue through 2015. As such, the company anticipates the addition of 30 new territories in 2015, with a focus on continued franchise development efforts in California, including Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego.

“Because of the strong culture of support that we have put in place, we have been able to reach a momentous level of growth,” CEO Allen Young said.

In addition to strong retail sales, ShelfGenie was named as a five-time Inc. 5000 honoree and was also recognized as one of America’s fastest growing companies by Inc. Magazine.
