DRUMMONDVILLE, QC — Decorative overlay manufacturer CDM Décor Papers has discontinued business. The company filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 31 and will hold a creditors meeting on Feb. 21.

CDM opened in 1989 and offered product lines in several grades and hundreds of prints and solid colors. Its products were for use in RTA furniture, casegoods, kitchen and bath, storage, wall paneling, door skins and store fixtures.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has been appointed trustee of the estate.
