STANLEY, NC – Blum says it is expanding U.S. manufacture of its functional cabinet and furniture hardware at its plant in Stanley, NC.

New production lines were need, says Blum, to manufacture a newly improved TANDEM plus BLUMOTION drawer runners in their U.S. facility just north of Charlotte, NC. Blum says it will launch the  runners by the end of summer 2012 as a “Made in the U.S.A.” product.

Earlier this month Blum announced it had added two new hinge manufacturing lines and six employees at its Stanley wood products hardware production facility to manufacture its new COMPACT BLUMOTION hinges.

Blum has been manufacturing its current TANDEM plus BLUMOTION drawer runners in the U.S. since 2006.
