ELMHURST, IL – Mike Carson, former owner and operator of closet maker Closet Works, has launched a new custom closest company, Carson Closets and Cabinetry  to serve the Chicagoland market.

 “The demand for custom closets and home organization solutions for closets continues to rise," says Carson, "and it is a perfect time to launch our newest company to respond to this growing need.”

Carson, who launched Closet Works 25 years ago and was instrumental in founding two closet industry trade groups - the National Closet Group and the Association of Closet and Storage Professionals - sold Closet Works to Pfingsten Partners last year.

For the launch, Carson becomes an ORG Home dealer, offering a product line manufactured by the Stow Company, a Grand Rapids, MI custom home organization solutions provider.

“ORG Home offers the most extensive product line and the manufacturing excellence we require to serve our customers,” Carson said.
