N-Hance Wood Renewal Cabinet Refacing Adds 96 Franchises

LOGAN, UT -- Home Depot's cabinet refacing partner N-Hance Wood Renewal says its opened 96 new franchises last year. The growth is driven by homeowners’ effort to find cost-effective, convenient home improvement services.

N-Hance Wood Renewal, which is the national partner of The Home Depot for the refinishing of hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. The company spun off from Home Depot in 2011.

“Franchise investors are taking notice," says Dan Tarantin, President of Harris Research, which owns the master franchise. "Consumers have made it clear they are looking for superior products and services."

Now totaling more than 370 units, N-Hance Wood Renewal's 2014 addition of 96 new franchise units across the United States increased its network by more than 25 percent. Over the past year, 20 percent of new units were expansions purchased by existing franchisees.

N-Hance Wood Renewal plans to open 100 additional units, with a focus on expanding into Philadelphia, Baltimore and Austin.
