Grass America Inc. has appointed Tom Kipp to the role of president.

Kipp’s career has evolved from plant manager of various manufacturing facilities internationally to senior level manufacturing strategist for one of the largest and most diversified global technology leaders. He has worked in Mexico, Spain, Germany and the Czech Republic, according to Grass.
