SOMERSET, NJ - Felder Group USA of New Castle, DE, and Plus Closets teamed up to put on a show within a show at the 2014 Cabinets & Closets Expo, April 10-11 in Somerset.

Working out of the biggest booth on the show floor, the companies drilled and edgebanded components pre-milled at Plus Closets' factory in Elmhurst, IL, and then assembled the processed parts into a pantry on day one and a complete closet system on day two of the expo. Equipment under power in Felder's booth included a Perfect 710 E-motion edgebander and a C Express 920 machining center.

The joint display represented that latest chapter in the blossoming relationship between the two companies. While the two companies exhibited separately at last year's Cabinets & Closets Expo in Edison, NJ, the show helped bring them together. Frank Happ, owner of Plus Closets and Closet Works, saw some of Felder's equipment in action at the show and would later place a large order with Felder to re-equip the  company's more than 60,000-square-foot plant.

The two companies have already signed contracts to take even more space at the 2015 Cabinets & Closets scheduled for April 14-16 in Schaumburg, IL.
