Moulder Outfeed

Weinig says its approach to outfeed technology offers automated accumulation of boards as they exit the moulder. A pivoting slide table lowers the stock onto a set of transfer belts once the material has left the moulder. The transfer belts transport the boards away from the fence line so that manual stacking is easily accomplished.

Features include: electrics prepared for connecting to the moulder control cabinet, adjustable feed speed, material can be unloaded from the side or end of the accumulation area, longer sustained production runs, accommodates a wide range of work piece dimensions.
