The Ligno-Scanner SD pinless moisture meter is made for the cabinet and furniture industry where many different materials of various depths are being used. This unique pinless meter has a selectable measuring depth for 1/4" deep and 3/4" deep. Using the dual depth setting the surface moisture can be compared to the core moisture making this an effective tool for checking waterbourne finishes and engineered floor planks. The built in software includes 75 calibrations for domestic and tropical wood species, plus there are calibrations for different types of bamboo.
