Ideal for the solid wood manufacturing market, the Ironwood Wide Belt Sander series offers heavy duty sanding solutions designed to deliver quality results and substantial labor savings, says the company. The machines feature heavy-built steel frames, robust sanding head construction and easy-to-use controls and heavy duty motors up to 20HP, adds the company.  Thickness adjustments are quickly and easily achieved with a programmable controller, says Stiles. Other features include easy to adjust sanding pads, contact rollers and feed speeds the simple, reliable choice. Applications include calibrating solid wood and finish sanding.
