14" Steel Frame Bandsaw

The new Jet 14” Steel Frame Bandsaw features larger than average resaw and rip capacities, an adjustable fence, tool-less blade guide adjustment, and  heavy-duty blade tension with quick release, says the company. It has 13 ½” of resaw height plus 13 1/2” of blade to frame cutting width. The Jet 14” Bandsaw can be used to resaw and rip lumber to size, slice veneers, cut curves for cabinetry and furniture, and create intricate scrollwork and cut book matched panels. The floor-standing bandsaw weighs 356 pounds with overall dimensions of 30”L by 26”W by 74-1/2”H. It has a 1 ¾ hp, single-phase, 115/230V motor, which is prewired for 115V service. The bandsaw has a blade speed of 3000 SFPM. The Cast iron table measures 21 ½” by 16” and is set at 39” from the floor. The table tilts 0-45 degrees to the right and 0-10 degrees to the right. The extruded aluminum fence measures 18-1/4”L by 6”H and slides on a steel guide rail. The two-position fence can be used flat for inlays and furring strip or upright for crown molding and other materials. Two 4-inch diameter dust ports are located on the back of the bandsaw.
