Waterborne Gel Clear Grain Filler

Aqua Coat introduces a new formula of its Clear Grain Filler. The waterborne gel is designed for filling and leveling the pores of open-grain wood structures such as oak, mahogany, and ash. Aqua Coat Clear Grain Filler dries in 30-45 minutes reducing the number of sealers and topcoats required to obtain a glass-like, high build finish, says the company. It can be thinned with water, tinted with water-soluble colorants or dyes, and easily sanded, adds Aqua Coat, and it increases efficiency and decreases production costs, while still producing a clear finish. The Clear Grain Filler is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-combustible, low odor, and low VOC, says the company. It is available in pints, quarts, gallons, and 5-gallon sizes.
