DOORS/WINDOWS CNC MODULAR CELL

SCM Group introduces the Integra System, a CNC integrated modular cell for doors and windows that is suitable for work more than one shift per day. It can perform batch or unit production, says the company, and can perform all essential processes to complete cutting, tenoning, profiling and boring/routing regardless of the work piece shape, construction concept, joint type, or section type. Because of the completely automatic working cycle, operator presence is not continuously required, says the company. The Combiflex and FX Matic working tables provides the capability to manufacture any work piece, regardless of shape, section and profile, says the company. The HSK Spindles allow for a large availability of tools with different diameters.  The BRC boring-routing unit allows accessorial machining operations without the use of commercial working heads plus reduced setup time, says the company. The system allows for customized compositions and layouts depending on production rate and available space. The System has a maximum working length of 6,500 mm; maximum working width of 210 mm; maximum working thickness of 160 mm; with a real distance under worktable of 110 mm and height of tenoning from worktable of 1020 mm.
