The RazorOptimal automated crayon defecting and optimizing cutoff system from RazorGage is designed to produce 500 ft. to 1200 ft. of finished lineal parts per hour with one operator, producing parts accurate to within ±.01 in. The company’s Cyclone 500 upcut saw is made to accurately cut even tough materials, such as melamine and aluminum. The system runs on an easy-to-use Windows XP-based interface.
