Leitz VectorCut saw blades offer an average 35% longer service, consume 10% less horsepower and run quieter than standard blades (-3 db (A) ), says the company. The saw blades also offer extended cutting performance, adds Leitz and are available in sizes to fit many popular beam saws. The VectorCut saw blades feature a carbide-tipped design, which reduces operational friction and heat build-up in the micro-grain carbide tips, says Leitz. Reducing heat build-up in the saw tips results in slowed dulling, adds the company.
