General International introduces a new line of Excalibur routing accessories. The Excalibur Deluxe Router Table Kit Model 40-100 has a heavy-duty router lift with a 9 ¼” by 11 ¾” aluminum top plate. VERSATILE ENTRY-LEVEL EDGEBANDER

Stiles Machinery introduces the Brandt Ambition 1110F entry-level edgebander for small to medium sized shops that specialize in cabinetry, closet organizers, displays or case goods. The Ambition 1110F features a joint trimming unit that makes a cut for optimum edge joint quality, says the company. It has an adjustable infeed fence for adjustment of the joint trim value and is equipped with a precision gluing unit and coil magazine to control the amount of glue needed. Its two-motor end-trimming unit uses THK guides for precise end-cuts. PORTABLE BAND SAWMILL

Baker Products introduces the Blue Streak Portable Band Sawmill, Model 3665D featuring a 2-inch band blade and a 65-HP Cummins diesel engine. It offers versatility, ease of use, increased production, and heavy-duty smart design, says the company. The fuel tank is located between the bunks at the front end of the mill and the head can be raised and lowered on both sides at the same time with a computer-controlled ball screw drive system. The throat height capacity is 12” between the blade and the top of the throat with a 36”-diameter log cutting capacity. USER FRIENDLY CNC CARVING MACHINE

General International introduces the Model i-Carver 40-915X, 15” by 20” CNC Carving Machine. The CNC carving machine features an easy start-up procedure and a large user friendly control panel with LCD display, keypad and USB 2.0 port for easy file transfers, says the company, and uses a pendant style hand-held controller and i-Picture programming software. The carver has variable cutting speeds up to 118” per minute and a positional accuracy up to 0.001 inches, says the company, with a 500 watt spindle included with automatic spindle on/off control. ROTARY SCREW AIR COMPRESSOR SERIES

Kaeser introduces the redesigned ESD Rotary Screw Air Compressor Series, featured at IWF 2012. Available in 250 and 300 hp models, ESD units provide flows from 816-1522 cfm and pressures to 217 psig. The ESD series redesign features increased efficiency and improved specific performance, says the company, as the one-to-one direct drive design includes a drive motor with three PT 100 temperature sensors. All models come standard with the Sigma Control 2 intelligent compressor control for enhanced communications capabilities and equipment protection. Also standard is a variable speed fan for the fluid cooler that is designed to save energy by adjusting to cooling demands. Five access doors and a removable panel make maintenance points more accessible, says the company. Options include water-cooled and SFC variable frequency drive. ESD units with optional SFC are now 19 inches shorter than the previous design, with a footprint reduced by nine square feet.
