VERSATILE ENTRY-LEVEL EDGEBANDER

Stiles Machinery introduces the Brandt Ambition 1110F entry-level edgebander for small to medium sized shops that specialize in cabinetry, closet organizers, displays or case goods. The Ambition 1110F features a joint trimming unit that makes a cut for optimum edge joint quality, says the company. It has an adjustable infeed fence for adjustment of the joint trim value and is equipped with a precision gluing unit and coil magazine to control the amount of glue needed. Its two-motor end-trimming unit uses THK guides for precise end-cuts. The machine’s finishing area features open spaces for optional upgrades, including a profile scraping unit with quick-change heads for fast profile changes. An optional glue joint scraping unit and buffing unit for polished edges are also available.  Brandt is a member of the Homag Group and is sold in the U.S. by Stiles Machinery.
