Architectural Woodwork Institute Funds WoodLINKS USA

WoodLINKS woodworking education TUSCOLA, IL - The Architectural Woodwork Institute Education Foundation (AWIEF) has generously provided a grant for $20,000 to help WoodLINKS USA continue its mission of developing programs and educating students about careers in the Wood Industry.

“AWI has been a longtime supporter of WoodLINKS USA, and we are grateful for their continued support," says WoodLINKS USA President, Patrick Molzahn. "As the manufacturing sector expands, the need for skilled workers is becoming even greater. AWI’s contribution will help ensure our organization can continue to supply the industry with a knowledgeable labor pool.”

The Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) is a nonprofit trade association founded in 1953. Today, AWI represents nearly 4,000 members consisting of architectural woodworkers, suppliers, design professionals, and students from around the world.

AWI has been the voice of the woodworking industry for more than half a century. Members, the industry and the public rely on AWI to keep them informed, provide business solutions and set industry standards.

WoodLINKS®USA is a 501c-3 organization established to provide the Wood industry with the necessary skilled workers to remain competitive. WoodLINKS USA is the most complete educational support organization for our industry in the United States.
