Stiles Solid Wood Seminar Hosted at Madison College

Stiles woodworking madison CollegeStiles product specialist Peter VanDyke presented programs on the rough mill, tool room setup, and moulder applications. Stiles Machinery and Madison College recently held its third and final Lunch and Learn seminar for the 2012-13 school year.

Stiles product specialist Peter VanDyke presented programs on the rough mill, tool room setup, and moulder applications. David Hise traveled from Stiles' High Point, NC facility to demonstrate profile knife grinding and moulder setup.

The seminar was attended by individuals from several companies as well as current program students. "

One of our goals is to create an atmosphere where our students can interact with individuals in industry, as well as showcase our state of the art training facility to employers", stated Madison College's Cabinetmaking & Millwork program director Patrick Molzahn. "We are grateful to Stiles for their continued willingness to partner with us to present these high quality programs at no cost for attendees".

Previous programs included Veneering and Overlays held in March, and the Sanding Seminar held each fall.
