Cabinet Makers Benchmark Study Gets Record ResponseA total of 745 qualified responses were received in this year’s CMA Benchmark Study, eclipsing 2013’s record year of 484 qualified responses by over 150%. This year’s study has now closed.

“We’d like to thank our media partners and associate members and the woodworking industry for helping get their readers, clients and contacts to participate in this study,” Dave Grulke, CMA Executive Director said. “It is flattering to see the big upswing in participation from custom woodworking shop owners and managers in this survey.”

Cabinet Makers Benchmark Study Gets Record ResponseCompiling and analyzing the data from this respected annual study will result in issuing a detailed report in March 2014. Early returns show a great deal of confidence for a positive upswing in business for the vast majority of respondents, with most reporting significantly increased sales volumes from 2012 to 2013. Full details will be released in the 2014 Benchmark Study Report.
