The Closets Conference is co-sponsored by the Association of Closet and Storage Professionals (ACSP) and Closets magazine. The power-packed lineup will include presentations on harnessing the power of digital marketing and social media to engage current and potential customers, plus how to build a winning team and grow sales.

“The digital world is the new frontier,” said Dave Skinner, ACSP president. “Our goal is to demystify it, show you how it is important to your business, give you the knowledge that you need to know and finally, show you what to do next.”

Skinner said sales “is the lifeblood of every business. We all want to know what forms of marketing works and even more, what doesn’t.” Skinner said the sales session will include an “information exchange” from a diverse cross section of the ACSP leadership, all owners of independent home storage companies.

The Cabinets & Closets Conference will be capped by the Industry Networking Reception. The reception presents a relaxed atmosphere for conference attendees and exhibitors to meet and greet each other. The reception also will feature presentations of the 7th annual Closets Top Shelf Awards, 20th annual CWB Design Portfolio Awards and the 2013 ACSP Pioneer Award.

Expanded Cabinets & Closets Expo, Feb. 28-March 1

The decision to integrate custom cabinets and closets into a single event, plus hold it in New Jersey, an area with a high concentration of industry professionals, has sparked a big increase in interest among industry suppliers seeking information on exhibiting. The interest level and demand has been so great that Vance Publishing Corp., organizer of the event, recently secured additional exhibition space at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison.

The Cabinets & Closets Expo will feature displays by leading manufacturers and distributors of woodworking machinery, CAD/CAM software, decorative and functional hardware, board products, components and accessories used to make and add value to closets, cabinets, garage and other storage systems.

The Cabinets & Closets Expo will also include continuous free educational presentations and demonstrations at a convention center stage.
