Donovan Malloy manages print, outdoor and online advertising as well as events and social media at transFORM.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Industry from Northeastern University and worked in marketing for album releases and music company promotions. Donovan also worked on the Hall & Oates "Do What You Want, Be What You Are Tour" in 2010. He left the music business to work in marketing in 2012 and has gone from blogging part time to becoming transFORM's marketing director in just a few years. He received the Wunderkind Award from "914INC Magazine" in 2014 that acknowledges Westchester County's top 20 business people under the age of 30. Donovan is currently serving on the board of the American Society of Interior Designer's New York Metro Chapter.

Daniel Steps heads transFORM's Design, Research and Product Development Department. An architect and furniture designer, Daniel brings with him over a decade of experience working in Berlin, Germany, designing showrooms and exhibitions for forward thinking companies such as Volkswagen and Bosch. Daniel is the author of the regular column, JFK, about cultural events and exhibitions in New York City for the major German monthly print architecture magazine, "AIT". From 2005-2012, he served as the vice-president of the Berlin Chapter of the BDIA, the Union of German Interior Architects and Designers.  His experience also includes the redesign of residential interiors at his own architecture practice and the creation of cabinetry and built-in office furniture for major medical facilities in Germany. Daniel’s European work history has equipped him to design cutting edge products the sophisticated homeowner desires.

Throughout his tenure at Osborne Wood Products, Christian has worked to grow and create efficient processes throughout the various departments. As Director of Marketing, he created a unique and relational customer focus that is practiced daily by the customer service and marketing teams. In 2014 Christian was promoted to associate vice president, allowing him to continue to initiate and facilitate growth within the company. Increased technology, lean warehousing, and advanced customer centric KPIS are just some of the accomplishments he has implemented at Osborne Wood Products. He is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, GA.

Karen Koenig has close to 30 years of experience in the woodworking industry, including visits to wood products manufacturing facilities throughout North America, Europe and Asia. As Editor-in-Chief of Woodworking Network magazine, Karen’s primary responsibilities include writing, editing and coordinating of the editorial content of the publication, along with the Red Book resource guide and the Red Book online source and supply directory. She is also a frequent contributor to other Woodworking Network online and print media.
