Teknion office furniture: three-quarters of it is customized

Office furniture manufacturer Teknion says it is split between manufacturing wood, and other materials. Since each of its customers' requirements are unique, "three-quarters of the work we do is customized in one way or another," the company says.  "True vertical integration gives Teknion the ability to control every element of production, reduce costs and ensure prompt delivery. Adjustments others call 'specials' are just the way we work."
