BRYAN, Ohio - The L.E. Smith Company, the nation's largest single location fabricator of laminate countertops, expanded its SQUAD quoting tool to include laminate.
As with its expertise in laminate countertop fabrication, L.E. Smith was the first developer of the technology required to quote the product, and online quoting had been anticipated.
Brian Smith, Director of Sales and third generation family owner, noted, "Laminate countertop fabrication is more complex than stone, so the development of this technology has been highly anticipated. Our clients have been asking for this tool for a long time, and we're really excited to share it with them."

To offer laminate countertop quoting in real time, L.E. Smith developed a web-based technology solution named SQUAD.  SQUAD allows clients to independently quote a laminate, or a quartz kitchen, bathroom, or multi-unit project in minutes.  SQUAD also serves as an online database for businesses to record and monitor their countertop quotes and orders through L.E. Smith.  Additionally, SQUAD houses online training videos, sales and marketing resources, order tracking, and product knowledge. When asked about the unique name, Laura Juarez, CEO and President of L.E. Smith indicated that "We liked the name SQUAD because it really conveys who we are to our clients.  We're their SQUAD, working for them 24-7.  We have their back, and we're always striving to bring them the products and technology that they need to succeed."

The L.E. Smith Company is a third generation, family-owned, premium quality surface fabricator and distributor.
