Woodworker's Stop-Motion Sequoia Lawn Chair Video Goes ViralFrank Haworth, a woodworker from Portland, OR, makes a viral hit with the stop-motion animated video of the making of a lawn chair from sequoia wood. The video takes the view from the milling process all the way to the finished product. Haworth says the concept of the chair comes from a striped beach towel.

"The film opens with this symbolism and then proceeds to tell the story of the wood being cut, planed, shaped and assembled into the lawn chair," he notes on his Youtube page.

According to Haworth, it took approximately 12,000 frames to make this video.
