Students See First Tree Cut Down for 2015 NCAA Final Four Court

CRYSTAL FALLS, MI -- Students from the Forest Park school district witnessed the first  tree (of 100 from different forests) cut down for the 2015 NCAA Men's Final Four maple hardwood court, which was manufactured by Amasa, MI-based Connor Sports. The event, held at a 2,000-acre hardwood forest owned by the school district, was part of Connor Sports' “Making the Science Fun” sustainable forestry education initiative.
