MENDOTA, IL – Black Bros. will unveil the PC-495 Panel Cleaner, specially designed to remove dust and particles from raised panel doors and other 3D wood components, at the 2014 International Woodworking Fair, Aug. 20-23  in Atlanta.

The PC-495 was a semi-finalist in the IWF Challengers Awards competition. Black Bros. says that the machine’s novel hood/vent system design and use of all natural fiber Tampico brushes provides greater cleaning power. In addition, the system can be outfitted with “air knives” to deep clean in sculpted areas.

The PC-495 is available with a 38-inch width. Black Bros. also offers a 68-inch-wide model for cleaning flat panels.

Black Bros. will showcase the 38-inch model at booth #5412 of the Georgia World Congress Center.

Black Bros. is a fifth generation, family-owned business and a long-time member of the Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America (WMMA). The company specializes in finishing and laminating systems for use by manufacturers of wood products and other materials.
