Venjakob North America says the Venjakob Spray Perfect is the largest and most flexible reciprocating spray booth on the market. The finishing machine is uniquely designed to minimize color change over time while maximizing transfer efficiency, the company adds. The color management system is part of machine software for one touch changes, with color changes accomplished in approximately 1 minute. The machine also features a V-belt recovery system and two belt cleaning units which are independently removable for easy reclaiming of coatings.  Additional features include low-production idle runs and an available option workpiece rotating device which allows wet-in-wet painting of both faces in one pass, even of complex geometric shapes containing difficult to reach areas.
