Batch 1 panel saw
Designed for one- and two-sheet small-batch cutting, the Homag HPP 130 panel saw from Stiles Machinery makes clean and accurate cuts, whether single sheets or stacked materials. Three air flotation tables on the front of the saw make material handling easy for operators. The saw features a patented central side pressure device with adjustable pressure for different material types. Five robust clamps control the panels as they are positioned by the program fence, while precise positioning of the program fence results in unfailing cut accuracy.
The HPP 130 features a cutting length of 126 inches and cutting width of 122 inches. Training employees to use the HPP 130 is also easy. The proprietary CADmatic Basic machine control software, with moving graphics, assists even inexperienced operators.
