SCM Group offers the Accord 50 FX 5-axis machining center with the ability to perform routing and boring operations to any size shapes. The company says there are no material limitations, with the machine capable of working with solid wood, composites, plastics, resins and light alloys. Workpieces can be up to 500mm in height. The machining head has 17 kW output and 24,000 rpm maximum rotation speed, and 72 tools, ensuring perfect finish quality and high productivity, SCM says.
