Union Tool’s veneer/vinyl laminating system produces panels up to 60-in. wide x 120-in. long and 4-in. thick, and can run hand-fed core materials such as plywood, MDF and some metals. A hot melt roller coater applies the adhesive, a semi-automatic layup conveyor moves the coated core to a common edge guide and the upper veneer rack conveyor and vinyl roll applicator ensure the upper veneer and lower laminated core fit together properly.
